Google 'help' HTC against Apple, by selling some of its technology patents to Taiwanese companies, to conduct a counter to Apple.
As quoted from Net Imperative, HTC will make a counter against Apple, after Google sold to the Taiwanese company some of its technology patents.
HTC was rumored to be using the new patents they bought as a foundation for making a claim against Apple with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
One of these refers to a counter that computers and mobile devices from Apple has violated patents involving WiFi capability and processor communication technology.
HTC is behind the insurgency is the third time their lawsuit against Apple, since their feud began.
"We're making a claim against Apple to protect our intellectual property rights, our industry partners, and most importantly our customers," said Grace Lei, General Counsel of the HTC.
Previously, Apple has repeatedly done to HTC, a Taiwanese company with allegations that it had violated a number of technology patents.
Mid-August, HTC also plans to block imports of Apple products into Taiwan through their demands.
